How companies measure social media
A recent survey highlighted a few interested findings about how companies measure the results of their activities in social media:
- Almost 90 percent of companies only measure social media in terms of likes and followers.
- The biggest obstacle to measure social media is lack of time.
Since only 5 percent of the researched companies are highly satisfied with their social media activities there has to be some room for improvement with regards to targets and follow up. Just a thought…
