Two workshops just delivered at Lund University

For the fourth year in a row I just delivered a workshop for the students of the Master’s Programme in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Lund University. The focus and interest was high as 45 ambitious entrepreneurship students from all over the world tried to understand and work with the concepts of customer segments, customer insight and a tool for creating relevant and effective value propositions for their new business ideas.

This year we had the privilege to run not only a half day workshop in Value Proposition Design, but also a second half day workshop with focus on Business Model Generation. In focus was particularly understanding the role of an attractive and relevant Value Proposition and Business Model for the start up of a new business, and how to iterate your way forward in identifying a relevant, attractive and scalable approach.

Thank you to all participants for two great sessions! Looking forward to follow your development during there rest of the year!
