About Elisabet

Elisabet Lagerstedt is a strategist, executive consultant, advisor, coach, author and speaker. She is also the founder and CEO of the boutique consulting firm Inquentia. Elisabet’s focus is on helping leaders and organizations in co-creating a better future.

Elisabet has 25 years experience from business life, and a proven track record from leadership roles in large companies in B2B and B2C, in Sweden and internationally, with 15 years on leadership level.

Elisabet is the author of Navigera in i framtiden 2018 (Navigate into the future, in Swedish), guest writer for  INSEAD Knowledge, mentor and guest lecturer at Lund University, KTH Executive School and an Executive Program Coach and Learning Manager at IMD Business School.

Elisabet holds a Masters of Social Sciences from the School of Economics and Management at Lund University. She holds several executive education certificates from leading universities and institutes across the globe, from Harvard Business School, IMD Business School, Oxford, INSEAD and Singularity University, to IDEO U and Bergs School of Communication.

Elisabet is also a Strategyzer Business Model Innovation Coach, and ICF Coach and applies coaching principles in all projects, big and small. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Coaching at Harvard and coaches leaders and leadership teams into the future.

Blogg est. 2010

Elisabet started blogging already in 2010 in the wake of the digital revolution. Her focus was then to understand and follow the accelerating development and transformation of consumer behaviour and how communication was rapidly changing. The blog has eveloved ever since – one step at the time. Today, Elisabet focuses on exploring the development of strategy, innovation, growth, change and renewal in line with her professional endevours and expertise.
